Hi cats!
I'm really excited to see you all in 1 week and 2 days but I don't want it to go by fast because I'm in Hawaii with my family right now! We've just been soaking up the sun everyday! I've read 5 books in 5 days (mostly lds romance novels don't judge). But I love it. Just relaxing is exactly whats needed before school starts again!
On Sunday we went to the lahaina 1st ward and I saw none other than cody's friend Margo!!! It was awkward though. Then we decided to drive the road to Hana for our sunday ish activity. If you haven't ever been to hana I don't recommend it. It's 3 hours of the most nauseating windey roads. We all got so sick. But since nate's fiancé ha never been here before we decided she needed to see it. Once you're in Hana they have these cool pools called the 7 sacred pools and you can swim from Pool to pool and jump the waterfalls in between. It was way fun! While we were driving the lovely road to Hana I had to pee so bad. Like way bad I'm telling you. So there are nobbathrooms on the side so I had to pee in the rainforest. (Hana is a rainforest). So I found me a nice little spot and not one second into my pottying I was swarmed by Mosquitos!!!!! All over me. I don't know If those little nasty things love the smell of pee or what. So long story short I have about 15 skeeter bites on my upper legs and bum. Awfully itchy. At least I got the experience of going to the bathroom in the rainforest. Somethig I'll never forget.......!!!!! Anyways I should get going. I miss you all and love you and cant wait to party cats style!!

comrades!
Comrades! Patriots! My fellow. . . Provo-ites?
The countdown has begun. Well. Technically I started counting down the moment I left Happy Valley. BUT NOW THIS IS REAL LIFE. I am moving back to Provo in 2 weeks. And you all will be there. Oh the happy images that this thought provokes into my mind.
I would like to send a shout out to all you gems who have posted on this blog. I gotta be honest. . . I thought only a few of us would. FALSE. Everyone has posted. Impressive.
So here goes. A little update on what my life has been like these past few weeks.
I went to California with my family and had the time of my life. For those of you who have not heard the story yet (about my awkward little situation) go read THIS blog post of mine.
While I was in California, I had the opportunity to hang out with my favorite cousin/best friend Ashley! She goes to Dixie right now, but will be transferring up to BYU after this year. She is going to come up and visit us lots though, so I want all of you to meet her because she is wonderful (and freaking gorgeous)!
Since California I've been basking in my tanned body(sunburned). Not only did my body get more tan, but my hair has turned blonde!!! like. Really. And I dont really know what to do about it. It's freaking me out. Emilee's vote is that I should keep it this color, but I kinda want to go with this look:
What do you gals think? I'm at a loss for what I should do!!! ADVISE ME
I have also been working lots and lots. I got hired by one of my dads clients to make a movie for their hotel. lol random huh. So I've been working on that lots (and getting paid bank for it).
Mainly I've just gotten so sick of my friends here in St. George (besides Berkley) that all I do is hang out with my little brother. I think we're going to make a justin bieber music video here soon. HA.
I was talking to my mom yesterday about friends and I told her that basically what it all came down to is that I love all of you girls so much. I've never had friends like you. I'm so glad we all got to meet! I'll be seeing you soon. Sorry this is so long! Much love

whad up kitty cats
Hello comrades. This is none other than THE chelsea brooke kimball. And I am finally posting on this thing. So basically for the latter half of my summer I've been the biggest bum ever. I don't do much of anything, I don't work, I don't have a lot of friends haha. Anyways...
Let's get down to the nitty gritty...I got my wisdom teeth out on monday. Let me tell you, me and the iv sedation DID NOT LOVE EACH OTHER. It took me like over a half an hour to be able to stand up without collapsing into the arms of the poor assistant hahah. Oh and when I wasn't laughing my head off, I was crying like a little baby hahahah. Needless to say, both my mother and the assistant were trying not to laugh out loud while I was bawling for no reason. I wish my mom would have video taped it because I only remember bits and pieces of it and there's a lot of holes in my memory. Basically, I could make a fortune running my own street pharmacy with all the meds I have. Also, vicodin and I don't love each other either. The stinker made me spew.
The best part about this whole experience is being able to be even lazier than I was before. I get to eat all the birthday cake ice cream and chocolate pudding i want...simply divine. Also, I've been catching up on recorded episodes of my shows and watching Nacho Libre. Just so you know, I was team ben NOT team jp. That's all.
Well, ta ta for now cats. I'll be seeing you.

holla!
Hi Guys!
Its hail. I really just can't even believe that summer is basically over. I turned in my two weeks notice at Kneaders about a week ago...one week left :(. Who would have thought that I would be able to find a job that I absolutely love for such a short time! My boss was way nice about me quitting so maybe he'll hire me back next summer!
The big news is that i just recently applied for the BYU Jerusalem center for this winter semester. So if I get in, i'll be leaving this January. I am way excited, but I'm also really sad because I wont have that much time with all of you. But how can I pass up living for 4 months in Jerusalem...it will be amazing! Then i'll just have to go to school next spring and summer. I'll know by the time school starts if i'm in or not! so basically i'm just praying that if i'm supposed to go, i'll get in. and if its not the right time, I wont get in- and that i'll be happy either way. Because sometimes i want to go so bad. but right now, i really dont want to go. hahah.
I drove past provo yesterday on my way home from lake powell and it made me so excited to get down there! I hate school, i hate tests--but i'm really excited for the independence again :)
I only have 8 days left of swimming lessons, 7 days of kneaders, and then i leave for hawaii on august 10! I get back on August 20, and i'm moving to provo on the 25! So basically i'm just excited to see everyone! and then my brother gets married on september 1. (that stinker. he obviously was not thinking about my school schedule in his plans).
Today i got in a fight with my brother. now im so excited for him to get married because he was really bugging me. bad. bad. bad.
Im really proud of you if you actually read this whole post because im rambling and i bet its really boring.
i wrote 3 missionaries today. and i have just like a few more to write! i love those dudes.
peace in the east. love all of you. cant wait to see you in less than a month :)

794 pageviews. pretty impressive, cats. unless we have some stalkers we don't know about.
HEY YA'LL. so i feel like this is the first interesting thing that has happened to me all summer. so naturally, i have to blog about it. even though i only have 11 minutes of battery left, and i have 8 blogs open in my browser i have to read in that time, and i have to catch up on facebook, and send alicia a dear elder in that time. but you guys are important, and this seat in the public library in the middle of main street in nauvoo couldn't be comfier. so here goes.
sorry to all you who i have already explained this to, but for those of you who don't know (or haven't been answering my texts about my hideousaaaa dress) I AM IN NAUVOO. it is wonderful. seriously, its the best experience ever. we've been here since last sunday and are here till next sunday. and most importantly, we are IN THE PAGEANT! duh. we're in the green cast. meaning, last week, the yellow cast was here (there are 5 family casts that rotate, so last week the yellow cast performed, and this week we perform while the gold cast is here. but since its the last week, the gold cast doesn't get to perform...they're needed to run the preshow, or country fair, that goes on before the pageant from 7-8:30. there's stick pulling, rag tying, ROUND DANCING, what my friends and i do, and lots of other fun games. the green cast did it last week, on top of rehearsals every day for 6+ hours, so this week we get to relax and just preform every night.) SO YEAH. this night is our first real performance, last night was our dress rehearsal.
whoooo. 9 minutes of battery left.
so yeah. last week, seeing as it was a heat wave, and it was 100+ degrees every day, = 130 with the humidity (actually though) just imagine me, normally. WITHOUT MY DRESS, SHAWL, PETTICOAT, PANTALOONS, STOCKINGS, AND HAT. yep. my dress was SOAKED every night on the dance floor. but so was everyones. we loved it.
i love everyone here. literally, the spirit of nauvoo, you hear every other second during rehearsal or backstage before we go on, "husband material" or "i love everyone." but seriously. i have a circle of 10 boys that i love, probably more, both in the different casts, the core cast (the group of 20+ actors who are here all summer, playing joseph smith, emma, brigham, etc. I AM IN LOVE WITH JOHN TAYLOR, HEBER C. KIMBALL AND ROBERT LAIRD. BUT GUESS WHAT ROBERT LAIRD IS A 40 YEAR OLD MAN. I JUST FIGURED THAT OUT LAST NIGHT. i'll show you pictures, he's from england, and you guys would agree with me, HE IS A CUTIE. i love him oh yes i do.)
anywayssssssssssssssssssssssss. the main purpose of nauvoo, besides sweating to death, is to do missionary work. oh my the work is great brothers and sisters. and yes i just said that, its a phrase we say often. (besides 3 cheers for zion hip hip hOORAY hip hip HOORAY hip hip HOORAY!) i told a few of you this experience but i had the greatest experience about following the spirit. basically last monday night i went into the town gas station to get milk. i talked to the woman at the cashier for a few minutes, and left. and ever since then, i just kept having the feeling that i needed to talk to her and ask her if she would like a copy of the pageant cd! (which is what we give out to the non-members, and what we ask the members if they have any friends they would like to share it with. over 40 people were baptized last year because of it, nauvoo is great.) anyways, LONG story short, i found out when she worked, went back to find her, told her i couldn't get her out of my head, and just had to ask her if she wanted a CD. she said yes! the spirit works through us, even through crazy ways.
anyways i have 3 mintues left. sorry to sound all missionary-like but i just want you guys to know i know this church is true! joseph smith was a prophet. he restored the gospel. and the spirit is a great thing we can have in our lives if we learn how to follow it.
only a month till i see you all. i can't wait. p.s. when are you all moving in? i miss you guys! sorry for the lack of pictures. see you sooooooon :)
